Any use of William Harte Ltd’s website, whether as consultants, customers or otherwise, is subject to the following terms and conditions.

Definitions

"William Harte Ltd." is an internet- based operation and uses the website domain name, "www.williamharte.com" (“the Website”)

A "customer" is an individual who requires the services of a "consultant". Although a customer may themselves be under the age of 18, they will require the permission and assistance of a parent or guardian who is over the age of 18 to contact a "consultant" on the William Harte Ltd. website.

A "consultant"; is an individual registered on the William Harte Ltd. website who intends to consult with another individual.

A “consultant” may be self-employed – in which case they are known as “independent.”

Consultants

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they have an adequate internet connection for the duration of the consultation.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they have adequate software (Skype) functioning on their system.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they have adequate hardware (e.g. microphone, camera and speakers) functioning for the duration of their consultation.

It is the consultant’s responsibility to be logged in with the William Harte Skype account and call the customer’s Skype account at the allotted time.

All consultants must be over the age of 18.

Consultants are not employees or agents of William Harte Ltd..

Individuals who register as a "consultant” do so at their own risk, and deem themselves suitably qualified and experienced to consultant another individual.

Individuals who register as a "consultant" and who place information on this the Website regarding their personal details and qualifications, must not register false, or indecent, defamatory or illegal information.

If a consultant permanently wishes to end their relationship with William Harte Ltd they must do so in writing giving 1 month’s notice to the company’s registered address.

Any breach of the terms and conditions by a consultant will result in legal action being taken to recover any lost sales due to the actions of the consultant.

William Harte Ltd. reserves the right to terminate its relationship with a consultant, and to remove their profile from the website, at any time and for any reason.

William Harte Ltd.’s role and responsibilities

William Harte Ltd. is an education service, providing consultancy services which are provided by individuals registered on the site as an “independent consultant,” or by it’s own directors.

William Harte Ltd. does not employ any consultants and William Harte Ltd. accepts no responsibility for the actions or behavior of the consultants registered on this website.

William Harte Ltd. accept no responsibility for the performance of it’s customers in job application or recruitment processes.

Customers

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they have an adequate internet connection for the duration of the consultation.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they have adequate software (Skype) functioning on their system.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they have adequate hardware (e.g. microphone, camera and speakers) functioning for the duration of their consultation.

It is the customer’s responsibility to be logged in to the Skype account that they specified at the time that that they specified at the time of purchase.

Under-18 customers must not contact consultants or William Harte Ltd. without their parent or guardian’s involvement and consent.

The customer’s parents or guardian must ensure that any premises (work, home, etc...) used for the consultation conform to basic health and safety standards.

If a customer no longer wishes to be consulted by their consultant, it is their responsibility to notify the consultant and William Harte Ltd.

William Harte Ltd. insists that a parent or guardian of all under-18 customers must be present at all times and remains in the same room as the customer when the customer is in the presence of the consultant/instructor. Should the parent/guardian strongly believe that this should not be the case then they are entitled to use their own discretion to leave the customer alone.

General

Any dispute is governed by English Law and England shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute.

William Harte Ltd. does not handle money on behalf of our customers or any third party.
